With the unit located at street level, you can enjoy the convenience of parking just steps from your front door. Inside, you will find two comfortable bedrooms located across the hall from one another. For additional flexibility, a twin-size mattress is provided in the main closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and basic essentials, and we provide both bath and beach towels, as well as a small BBQ for your deck. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a propane fireplace, and individual heaters in each room. Oceanside Tranquility is perfectly situated just four blocks from the beach and within walking distance of local favorites. You’ll find Roseanna’s and The Blue Agate just down the hill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with The Current Cafe for coffee, pastries, and wine. For larger grocery hauls, both Netarts and the town of Tillamook offer a variety of markets and supermarkets. Whether you are here for a peaceful retreat or a coastal adventure, we are available via text or phone to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Please note that there is limited cellular service in the immediate area, so we recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling on your mobile device. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the top-floor apartment and its private deck. This unit is situated at street level, providing convenient access to your entrance. Please note that this home contains three separate apartments, and we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of guests in the other units. Other things to note Please note that cellular service is limited in Oceanside. To stay connected, we recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling on your mobile device and connecting to the house Wi-Fi upon arrival. If your phone does not support Wi-Fi calling, reliable cellular reception is available approximately 2.5 miles south in Netarts. To ensure a smooth departure, please assist us with the following checkout tasks: kindly strip the bed linens and place them, along with your used towels, into the washing machine to start a cycle. Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run it. Finally, return your keys to the lockbox and ensure the code is scrambled to keep the unit secure. For the comfort of all guests and fire safety, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the deck. Additionally, please park only in your designated space to ensure the other spot remains available for guests in our neighboring units. A note about the fireplace: For your convenience, the gas fireplace features a simple on/off switch located on the upper right corner of the insert. If the pilot light is not lit, please follow these steps to reignite it: 1. Open the access panel at the bottom of the fireplace. 2. Turn the control knob until "pilot" is at the 3 o’clock position. 3. Push and hold the knob for 15–30 seconds to fill the gas line. 4. While holding the knob, press the igniter button repeatedly until the pilot flame lights. 5. Once lit, turn the knob to the "on" position at the 3 o’clock mark. You may now use the wall switch to operate the fire. Please turn the fireplace off when not in use, though you are welcome to leave the pilot light on during your stay.
