Entire Private rental unit on the street level. The condo is a short walk to the beach and restaurants, open floor plan with clear view to ocean and Three Arch Rocks from living/dining room and kitchen. We welcome friendly people of all races, genders from all over the world. We provide Adirondack chairs and a small BBQ on your deck, where you can sit relax, taking the scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. This unit is NOT pet friendly The space Oceanside Tranquility Permit #:851-10-1165 Oceanside Tranquility is the top floor/ street level of a three story house overlooking the beach a with a clear view of The Three Arch Rocks, this flat is both comfy and airy with a full kitchen and bath, the living room and dining area and kitchen are an open floor plan, facing the ocean and opening onto your private deck. The top floor is at street level, so you can park right outside your door (one off street parking space). The two bedrooms are across the hall from each other. An additional twin size mattress, for your use, is stored in the main closet. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck, beautiful and peaceful day and night. This flat is 4 blocks from the beach below. Wi-fi and basic cable, flat screen tv and a propane fireplace, as well as heaters in each room, are included. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans and some basic cooking items (oil, salt, pepper). In addition to bath towels, we provide beach towels and a small BBQ on your deck. Though we don't live in Oceanside full-time, we are happy to answer texts and phone messages should you have any questions. Dining: Directly down the hill from you are Roseanna’s and The Blue Agate restaurants. Both serve Breakfast and lunch. Roseanna’s also serves dinner. The current Cafe offers pastries, coffee, beer and wine. Groceries: Netarts: Bayside Market & Deli (located behind Netarts Grocery on Crab Ave, also features a limited selection of take-out Indian food) By The Sea Grocery (On Netarts Hwy just past Crab Ave, also features Deli foods and take-out pizza) Tillamook: Safeway (large super market) 1815 4th St Tillamook Fred Meyer (very large super market) 2500 Main Ave N Tillamook Guest access This home has 3 apartments. The home and deck on the top, street level are for your use. Other things to note There is no cellular service in Oceanside so you may wish to enable wifi calling on your cell phone, then login to the house wi-fi. If your phone does not have this feature, you can get cell reception about 2.5 miles south in Netarts. Check Out - please strip your bed linens and put them and your used towels in the washer and start it. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Place your keys back into the lock box and mix up the numbers to lock it. Quiet hours, please keep your noise level down after 10pm and before 9am No smoking in the house or on the deck (because of fire danger and for the comfort of other guests) Only park in your designated space (leaving the other space open for guests in the other unit) A note about the fireplace: There is an on/off switch on the upper right corner of the fireplace insert. The pilot light is located in the logs to the left. If you do not see a small blue flame burning, getting it reignited takes some patience. Please open the access panel at the bottom of the insert unit, turn the knob so that the word “pilot” is in the 3 o’clock position. Next, push the knob in and hold for 15-30 seconds to allow the gas to fill the line. Then, while still pushing this knob in, also press the ignitor button. You may need to repeat these steps several times. Once the pilot ignites, please rotate the knob so that the word “on” is in the 3 o’clock position. You can now use the switch at the top of the unit to turn on the fire. Please turn off the fire when not in use but feel free to leave the pilot on when you go.)
