Beautiful Southwest Retreat in NE Heights...

This home has refrigerated air not an evaporative cooler like many others. This is a three bedroom home where time and care have been taken into making a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. All of the bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and are beautifully furnished. The entire house is decorated to capture the wonder and ambiance of the southwest. The home is conveniently located in the desirable northeast heights and provides a short drive to many of the nearby attractions. The space The home is both comfortable and spacious. This home has refrigerated air conditioning, not evaporative(swamp) cooling like many of the homes in the area do. The refrigerated air makes a big difference and something you really want. The evaporative coolers do not get the job done on the hot or humid days. The living room is open to the dining area which is open to the kitchen, providing a very enjoyable entertainment area. The living room also has a wood burning fireplace and access to the backyard, which provides a wonderful escape. The backyard contains outdoor furniture for your enjoyment and a brand new gas grill. The three bedrooms are setup to provide comfortable living quarters for at least two individuals. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen size beds. There are TV's installed in the master bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed. So the home now has a total of three TV's for you to enjoy during your stay.(updated pictures will be posted soon.) The kitchen is also well equipped with all necessary items for you to be able to cook and enjoy your time here. There is also a Keurig machine with an assortment of hot drinks provided. There is a single car garage providing secure parking. Additional vehicles are able to park in the driveway and on the street. The garage also has a washer and dryer available for your convenience. The home is also furnished with extra amenities in an attempt to make your stay here as comfortable and memorable as possible. This include such details as extra pillows on the beds and plenty of towels.
