The space THE CONDO COMPLEX - Key fob access is required to enter the building. The complex has a mail room on the first floor that will be the location for all Amazon, UPS, etc. drop-offs. THE UNIT - Because it's on the roof you will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access the unit after taking the elevator to the top floor. The unit has no neighboring units at all (no one is above you, next to you, and there is a large concrete foundation that separates the noise from units below you - all making the unit incredibly quiet from noise coming from neighbors). The unit is fully furnished with everything you will need, and if you have any belongings that you want to store, you have access to a secure storage area in the basement of the condo complex. The unit includes an outdoor patio that is completely private, and right across from the patio door is the building's public patio that is great for enjoying the city skyline.
