A beautiful pool house. Close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Seal Beach. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Formal dining room, bar area, full kitchen, living room with fire place, 65" Samsung TV, high speed internet. Pool and jacuzzi in back yard. Outdoor dining table and chairs Pool and Jacuzzi can be heated upon request at least one day before check in. Guest is responsible for actual gas usage. Deposit will be applied Other things to note There are 4 Arlo cameras outside the house. One installed at front door, one facing to the driveway, one facing to the front yard and one facing to the east sidewalk of the house. All 4 cameras will be recording during reservation. For pool maintenance, I use chlorine free solar pool purifier instead of heavy chemical like chlorine shock. Water chlorine lever is very low. It’s safer and healthier to your skin.
