Walking distance to quaint Five Points and trendy Glenwood South, or a 5-minute Uber ride from downtown Raleigh, Red Hat Amphitheater, and NC State University. One bedroom with queen bed, bath, kitchen, and pull-out sofa. There is plenty of natural light and perfect space for a weekend getaway. Features: Streaming services, wifi, keyless entry, custom closet, microwave, Keurig, and fridge. The space There is no stove/oven on site. A toaster oven and microwave are provided and can be found in the cabinet to the right of the sink. A Keurig is also provided to make hot coffee/tea. An assortment of teas and coffee are complimentary to all guests. Specific flavors are not guaranteed. Guest access BBQ and patio area. Other things to note Any violation or evidence of violation of our house rules will result in a $250 fine. Please note that the bedroom is not 100% secluded from the rest of the cottage living space.
