Sisters Beach Retreat (Main House)

Welcome to Sister’s Beach Retreat! Intercostal waterway view. Sunset Beach 2 miles away. ATTENTION: Pier and yard are shared space if there are other renters. Use at your own risk! Boats maybe moored during use. DO NOT LEAVE BOATS OVERNIGHT!!! 2 full bathrooms w/ showers. 4 bedrooms & 5 beds. Master w/ bathroom downstairs has King bed. 3 bedrooms upstairs; 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and 1 bedroom a Queen and Full. Upstairs bathroom has privacy door between the shower room and toilet area. The space This property has been our family vacation home since it was built by my grandfather and uncle in the mid-1970's. The inside has enjoyed a few updates since the mid-70's :) - all main furniture is new, including mattresses, new carpet upstairs, painted cabinets, and laminate flooring downstairs. The kitchen has all the items needed to cook a meal and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Guest access There is a pier available for your use just out the back patio door. Fishing off the main pier when the tides are changing is always fun, or relax in the sun on the attached floating deck. ATTENTION: there is NO fence between the backyard and waterway drop off, WATCH your kiddos! ATTENTION: Pier and yard are shared space if there are other renters. Use at your own risk! Boats maybe moored during use. DO NOT LEAVE BOATS OVERNIGHT!!! (NOTE: We do NOT recommend swimming in the Intercoastal waterway off the pier, the tide pulls strongly and at low tide you may get cut on barnacles.) There is a washer and dryer available for your use. Please DO NOT put sandy items in the washer. It ruins it. I recommend setting it when you will be out of the house, it is noisy as location is in main living area. There is a permanently rented apartment above the garage studio apartment which is NOT for Airbnb rental use. Please do not park in the concrete area or use the stairs on the garage. (Lower Studio Apartment for rent). While there are bikes in the image, these are NOT for use for renters. We recommend Julie's Rentals just over the bridge for Sunset Beach, or a short drive to Ocean Isle brings you to Island Hoppers. Other things to note Lower Studio Apartment for rent as well with additional cost.
