The property is situated on a quiet road in the leafy suburb of Newlands. The room (approximately 6m x 3m) with double bed and a en suite bathroom with a swing door has it's own entrance and is separate from the main house with a little patio outside to relax in the peaceful garden. The space You will have access to the garden area and can make use of the small pool. We are conveniently located in Newlands within walking distance to the Newlands Village with restaurants and shops to explore. Within a 10 minute drive is Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Newlands Cricket and Rugby Stadiums, Cavendish Square and the University of Cape Town. The Waterfront is approximately 15minutes away and the airport is approximately 30 minutes away. We are also not far from all the beaches Cape Town has to offer.
