Great location, safe suburb. Airport 12 miles, DE Amtrak/Greyhound 12 miles, 95 & DE line 1.5 miles. Clean, accurate, great value, easy check-in, & great communication. Your area has NO DOOR. CURTAINS UP for your privacy. The BLACK handrail, LENGTH of entire stairwell to your area. NO BATHROOM ON your floor. HALF bathroom on MAIN floor. FULL bathroom on TOP floor. TWO sets of stairs, THREE floors. PLEASE REVIEW all pictures. Near several stores. Cute home, not perfect or fancy. No cleaning fee. The space •Your living area, and sleeping area is on the LAST floor not shared with us.•It has two beds, one full/double size, and one queen size. NO bathroom on your floor, you just go upstairs. You use only the BLACK handrail, just one flight up to HALF bathroom. There is a television with Limited Basic Cable, just a few channels, and NETFLIX. You can use our Netflix account, option says GUEST. There is a Roku, you can sign until your own Amazon Prime or Hulu account, and sign out when you leave. •You have a loveseat, and sofa in your area. It can be used for sleeping if needed, watch TV, to sit, or relax. Also a desk, chair, and two end tables in your area. Small foldable table to eat, rolling rack for clothes, hangers, three drawer rolling storage carts, and hooks on doors. •There is an iron, and ironing board in your living area. Extra blankets, throw blankets, and pillows. A small trash can for your convenience. Six outlets you can use, and a surge protector to charge your electronics. •If needed I have towels, wash cloths, and a hairdryer at your request. The full bathroom already has liquid body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that you can use if needed. All bathrooms will have toothpaste on sink you can use if needed. •Toilet tissue, and hand soap in all bathrooms. Paper towels, sponge, and dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. We also have facial tissue, air freshener, disinfectant/sanitizer spray, cleaning wipes, and cleaning spray if needed. *••* NO eating or drinking on mattress, sheets, or comforters accept for water.*••* This will help to PREVENT stains.* We have a dining table, chairs, foldable tables, desk, end tables, and couches you can use for eating/drinking. Thank you! There is a storage room, and private closets also located on the last floor which is used for our private storage. Restricted area, thank you. If you are staying over a week, we may have to enter the back room. It is our storage room. We will make arrangements if necessary, we work around your schedule. *Full bathroom, kitchen, dining area all SHARED areas. I MAY occasionally use the half bathroom, if the top bathroom is being used. Feel free to use kitchen, and dining area as needed. *On the MAIN/second floor is the entrance to our home. Our living room, shared kitchen, shared dining area, HALF bathroom(your main/primary bathroom-closes to your sleeping area), patio, and elliptical machine. *The TOP floor has our private bedrooms, and the second bathroom/SHARED FULL bathroom(shower/tub/toilet). Top bedrooms are restricted, no access. Thank you! Please do not touch any curtains or blinds in the house. Thank you At this time, all closets on each floor are private due to personal storage, and are not accessible. I have two set of stairs, and it may not be safe or suitable for some ages. Many young children like to go up, down, and play on stairs. Which may not be safe for them , if they are not monitored properly, and careful. • *My listing, under house rules has no one under 12 years old.• However, I can work with you depending on the age, and we come to an understanding regarding safety. Thank you! •You can have access to almost the entire house, your area, including entire second floor, all bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area.• Just NO access to top floor private bedrooms, all closets, bathroom cabinets, medicine cabinets, some kitchen cabinets, private storage room on bottom floor because of private use, and storage. Thank you •Please do NOT touch any curtains or blinds in the house. •I will show you the kitchen cabinets you can access. There are two for dishes, one for seasoning, food items, and storage you can use.• You can also use the dining table to store your items.• *••* NO eating or drinking on mattress, sheets, or comforters accept water.*••* This will help to PREVENT stains.* You will be charged for not following house rules if there is damage, there is a security deposit.* Airbnb will only charge if there are damages found.* *We have a dining table chairs, foldable tables, desk, end tables, and couches you can use for eating/drinking.* Thank you! *NO luggage on beds. •••We only have ONE Airbnb guest at a time, so it would only be you, AND who ever books with YOU.••• ••If you need an earlier or later check in time just message me. Thank you! • We have FREE street parking in the front of the house, we have to park in CERTAIN areas in the front, and there is also FREE parking lot in the back of the house.• We live on a private street. There is plenty of spots, and I will let you know where you can park. It will also be in your check-in instructions with pictures, and house manual. •We have bottled water, tea, coffee, and sometimes juice.• If you would like something different from what we already have in the house, please let us know.• I also usually have some type of snack on the kitchen table that you can access.• If you want regular milk let us know. I usually have some type of nut milk at the house. •You can cook your own food on TOP of the stove or use the toaster ovens.• The stove top, NOT inside the oven at this time. •You can use the two toasters ovens we have.• •We also have an additional small toaster, and a BLACK microwave you can use located on the counter. •You have complete access to the freezer, refrigerator, and can store your own personal items in there as well.• Inside the cabinets there is seasoning, dishes, and silverware. I will show you the location, and what cabinets to use. •Please wipe down all areas used, and wash all dishes that you use. For your convenience we have disposable paper plates, utensils, and cups if that is easier.•
