Eagle’s Nest is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 3 bath lakeside home that has it all. A 1.5 acre lot provides plenty of space. You can relax on any of 3 levels of deck with a spectacular view of the lake and the woods. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals. Take a short walk to a cliff overlooking Table Rock Lake. Eagle Rock Marina is within one mile. Personal Pontoon boat available for rent. Roaring River 5 minute drive. Cassville 15 min drive. Eureka Springs 20 min drive. The space Lots of room to spread out on 3 different levels. Main level has one master bedroom. Basement is big and open, including pull out sofa beds, reclining couches, and a queen size bed. Also room for blow up mattress. Top floor has 3 bedroom and many beds. The loft overlooks the main level living room. Guest access Guests can access the entire house. There is also a private Tritoon/pontoon boat available for rent, housed in a boat slip at Eagle Rock Marina. It is a 24’ Manitou X-Plode luxury pontoon with 250 hp motor! Prior to 2025, we rented out an older boat, but this Manitou X-Plode is a big upgrade for the 2025 season! Contact host for details. Other things to note There is a private Tritoon boat available for rent, housed in a boat slip at Eagle Rock Marina. It is rented by the day, or by the total length of stay. If rented, it can be used at the guests liesure, no need to schedule your days around a specific rental time (like with most boat rentals). Life jackets included. Pontoon holds 12 passengers.
