No shoes within the condo. 4. Please keep the noise down between 10 pm and 7am as per Friday Harbour guidelines. 5. Please wash your dishes after use. Extra cleaning fees may be applied if dishes have been left unwashed. 6. Please use makeup remover "Do not use white towels'. If towels are stain it may result to additional fees. 7. Do not take white towels to the beach or boat/ If towels are stain it may result to additional fees 8. Do not rearrange our furniture. 9. Guests that host parties without permission or are disruptive to neighbours, will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. 10. Guests suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 11. If anything is broken or damaged, please advise immediately so we can replace it 12· If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500,00 Moderate 13· For any lost fobs/keys a $250 fee will apply.
