There is nothing so amazing as the natural beauty of Estes Park. Come join us at Fall River Village. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish mountainside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within Guest access Key Pick Up Time: 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. MT / Check Out: 10:30 a.m. MT You can pick up your keys between 3:30 – 6:30 PM MT. Keys may be obtained after 6:30 PM from a lockbox located on the stairway of the building where your condo unit is located. Instructions will be provided upon request. Early check-in may be available for a charge of $100. You must give us at least 24 hours notice, and we are likely to not be able to accommodate any check-in prior to noon. Late checkout is $50 for less than one hour and $100 if more than 1 hour and less than 2 hours late. Checking out later than 2 hours past check out will result in a charge for an extra night stay, however, you will not be allowed to stay for an extra night. Keys: Please return the keys to the office at check out. There is a $5 fee for each missing key. Please drop the keys off in the box outside the office, if it’s before 8 a.m. MT. Other things to note This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 5 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room has a queen bed. Additional sleeping space is provided with a pullout couch. The unit includes a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Perfect for a relaxed and convenient vacation stay.
