Your gear and toys are welcome at this all sports lake popular for boating, skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, and kayaking. We've enjoyed our cabin at Hicks Lake for many years and are confident others will now enjoy this recent acquisition, strictly dedicated for guest use. We know many guests have. The space An open-concept great room featuring a vaulted ceiling and stunning views of the lake is perfect for playing board or card games, watching movies, or gathering with friends and family. A golden triangle kitchen is outfitted with a variety of meal prep cookware, including a Keurig coffeemaker and above-range microwave oven. Prefer open flame cooking? Prepare steaks, burgers, or BBQ on the gas grill while photographing colorful sunsets over Hicks Lake. Lily’s Pad features bedding for five. A queen bed completes the first level bedroom only to be outdone by the second level bedroom featuring a queen bed, twin bed, and half bath. The first level bedroom has a DVD player and monitor. Stay and play at the lake or take a day trip to one of the many surrounding attractions. Golfers will appreciate the many course opportunities in the nearby communities. Parking is available for boat, PWC, or off-road vehicle trailers. EV charging stations in Evart are located at Hometown Hardware and Coyne Oil and Propane. Discounts are available for 7 nights or more. Guest access The basement and laundry/storage room are not available to guests. (Who wants to do laundry while on vacation?) The Captains Choice aluminum boat dock is usually removed and stored for the winter sometime after mid September. For 2025 the boat dock is scheduled to be removed for winter storage October 6 or 7. Other things to note We recommend water shoes or water socks for wading in the lake due to the presence of fresh water clams. Wifi is not available due to the rural location of Lily’s Pad. For the year 2025, lakefront vacationing at Lily's Pad at Hicks Lake is available June 1 through October 31. Bookings are not available any year from November 1 through May 15.
