Guest access Key-less entry; front door keypad. During your stay You will see us from time to time...Kinda like we live here :) However we have a small apartment downstairs where we hang out. We are available upon request but we respect your privacy and you do have a private living room, bedrooms and bathroom. We know the city.....been in Indy for 39 years and can advise on whats hot and whats not. Other things to note Mild drinking at the house or relaxing by the pool is allowed. Stupid drunk....not so much. Smoking allowed outside in designated areas only.
