The entrance is into the middle of the house, with the living areas to the left & the bedrooms to the right.  The large open plan living room leads through the dining area into the large & well equipped kitchen - perfect for holiday catering.  All these areas open onto the multi level deck, which is north facing so gets all day sun.   Down the hall are the 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.  All bedrooms have air-con/heat pumps, and 3 of them have lovely windows seats, perfect for curling up with a book.    Located in central Onetangi, just across the road from the well known Charlie Farleys cafe, this location could not be better.  Onetangi beach is 2km of sand, waves & idylic beach time.  When you need a break from that, backyard cricket awaits, the golf club is a few miles away, as it the zipwire.
