Well Located, Easy Access All Locations Our Tampa Bungalow sleeps seven with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. When you are not indoors, you can relax in the screened porch with a glass of wine. It is screened so mosquitoes don't carry you off. Come stay! The space The Bungalow has two king beds and three twin beds spread out over four bedrooms. The location is very convenient to Downtown, Busch Gardens, USF, Moffit, Clearwater, Disney and most of central Florida. The Convention center and Downtown is 20 minutes (13 miles) away, Bush Gardens, Moffitt and USF are 6 - 7 miles away. Perfect! In three miles, you can be on I-275, and in two miles, you can be on your way to the airport on the Veterans Expressway. Just around the corner is a great, quiet road that is convenient for walking and (god forbid) jogging. If you are going to jog, let me know so I can pour a gin and tonic, and come and watch. We have a playground and plenty of room to roam for the kids and pets. Our bungalow is pet friendly. We supply linens and bedding, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, coffee filters....just bring your clothes and food. We will not complain if you don't bring your clothes, so just bring food! We have two excellent Publix grocery stores very near by, and Dale Mabry with it's hundreds of restaurants is two miles West. Yes, you cannot escape two local Walmart super centers either. On a rainy day, you can watch Netflix or cable on our smart TV, or you can surf the web and throw youTube videos to the tv for the family to marvel at! It takes about 20 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to the Airport, 25 miles to the nearest top DR Beach pick for the famous Florida beaches. We are seven miles to Busch Gardens, USF and Moffit, 13 miles to the convention center and generally within easy access of most of central Florida. We have owned the Tampa Bungalow since 2008, and it is a very nice, comfortable home. Come and stay with us! Other things to note We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish-washing detergent, laundry detergent and dish soap. We provide coffee filters, linens, bedding, towels and all you need to cook with in the kitchen. Bring your own personal toiletries such as shampoo etc. High-chair and Pack-n-play -- we have a set which we may be able to provide if these are not already spoken for during your visit.
