There is an available single air mattress (intended for child use) with linens that fits on the floor in the bedroom. We have a pack-n-play if needed, for infant use. We've just finished a beautiful remodel of the en suite bathroom. The room is on our main floor. There are two small steps down into the living room and guest area. We are within 15 minutes of Canterbury Downs Racetrack, ValleyFair Amusement Park, Mystic Lake Casino, Renaissance Festival, 20 minutes from Eagan Outlet Mall, Mall of America (MOA) and the airport, 30 minutes to the Minnesota Zoo. Convienent access to the light rail at the MOA gives you a quick ride to downtown area, Target Center and US Bank Stadium. TRAVEL NURSING/LOCUM TENENS: Show your badge and receive a 30% discount for traveling healthcare professionals. Included in your monthly rental is full use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is street parking or you may park one vehicle in the driveway next to the tree stump. We provide dedicated fridge/freezer/cupboard space in addition to a small fridge in your room. We ask that you do not use anything past the gate including the 2nd floor, as this is our private living area. PLEASE NOTE: We exclusively use the August Lock System to access the house. When you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions on how the download your electronic key to the house. You will need to use your phone with the electronic key to access the house. WE DO NOT ISSUE PHYSICAL KEYS. If you choose not to use the August App, you will not have unhindered access to the premises. During your stay We are available anytime for guest needs. Other things to note Absolutely NO smoking/NO vaping!!! The entire property is no smoking/vaping, including patio, driveway and neighbor's yards. Lights and fans should be turned off when not in room. Window must remain closed and locked when you are not here. We are adjacent to working construction zone and it can get very dusty if windows are left open. If you are coming for an anniversary or surprise engagement, we do offer a beautiful romance basket (wine, cheese, meats, crackers, fruit, chocolate) for an additional $25 charge. Baskets must be ordered 48 hours or more in advance of arrival. Our community has much to offer - lots of shopping and entertainment opportunities!
