Welcome to our secluded, suburban location with mature trees located on Philadelphia's Main Line. Our second-floor apartment is over the garage. The space The guest apartment is a separate structure and has a private entrance. It is located on the second floor (you must be able to climb stairs). The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, smooth cooktop, toaster oven, Keurig, and regular coffee maker. Pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware are all supplied, as well as a couple of knives, cutting boards, a strainer, a can opener, and other odds and ends to be able to cook a basic meal. A dining table for two is provided. The kitchen area houses a full-sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. The living room has a comfy sectional and a large flat-screen TV with cable. A gaming system is available to pass the time (bring your own games or use our small supply). If you're into music, there is an old, out of tune piano you can play and give your own private concert. Feel free to use the chairs for extra seating in the kitchen. The bathroom boasts good water pressure, bright lights, and fluffy towels. The front bedroom is bright and airy with a firm mattress. There is a large closet and two empty dressers. The back bedroom is in a shadier location and has a softer mattress. This room also has an empty dresser and closet. Linens are provided as well as extra blankets and pillows. Both rooms have blackout curtains. In addition to linens, we provide the basics in regard to paper products and dish/hand soap. The kitchen also has cooking spray and salt and pepper. Guest access We have an electronic key lock on the door. Upon booking you will receive an entry code that is valid for your stay. One day before your arrival, you'll get a message about parking and how to use the door lock. Other things to note Your car can be unloaded by the entrance of the apartment but there is a designated parking place about 50 feet away from the entrance. We do you the garages so we that you do not block the garage doors.
