Villa Dimitris apartment for 2+2

Villa Dimitris complex, composed of two buildings. Entering the property is the big building(building A). Into the 3000sqm garden there is the small builiding(building B). The garden is full of vegetation and flowers where you can find an outdoor kitchen and BBQ facilities for our visitors as well as areas with tables, chairs, swings and deck chairs where you can relax and hear the running water of our small fountain. Into the garden there is also a parking space. The space The apartment is at the first floor of the building B into the garden. It has one double and two single beds, TV 32", airconditioning, hairdryer, kitchen, kitchenware, fridge, electical speed kettle, bathroom(shower), balcony. The room is for two adults and two kids. Guest access Villa Dimitris is about 150m away from the beach of Panteleimon. Being under the Castle of Platamonas, Panteleimon beach is the most fotographed place in our Prefecture well known for the green landscape and crystal clear water. Very close to our complex you can find small markets, backery shop, taverns, ect. At the beach there are many beach bars and taverns as well. In our area there are travel agencies where you can arrange day trips to Olympus, Dion(Ancient Macedonian city), Thessaloniki, Skiathos, Meteora, Pella(the birth place of Alexander the Great), etc, as well as trips to Athens, Delphi, Epidaurus. 15km from Mt Olympus 25km from the capital of our prefecture, Katerini 120km for the Macedonia airport in Thessaloniki 400km from the capital city of Greece, Athens 130km from Meteora Other things to note My family composed of some other parts. In my property there are 3dogs, 5cats and 7turtles with their babies. Two of my dogs, Black Belgian shepheds, Iris and Hector, have their own fenced space into the garden. One, medium size, stuffed, semi Jack Russell named Buddy, is wondering arround the house and garden. Buddy loves all living beings. The five cats Leon, Roza, Minie, Sante and Romeo are too wondering arround the house but want their own peace and don't come close to people appart their family. The turtles, from the beggining of June, hide from people and wandering into the fenced place with Hera and Hector. The two oldest and biggest of all are Mara and Samie. Registration Details 1067333
