Welcome to King-Sized bed comfort! The private bedroom includes an attatched bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower. There is a study desk with power strip and all drawers and closet spaces are for guests. Long term guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Everyone can use the dance/exercise studio, back patio and front porch. A mile from downtown, guests can walk from my craftsman style bungalow to restaurants in the Haynie's Corner Arts District. The house is a quaint craftsman bungalow with a large front porch. The guest bedroom is small but cosy, and has plenty of closet and drawer space. The driveway is for guest use and has a security light. The local area is ideal for walking, running or cycling. Located on a quiet street in a historic area of older homes within walking distance of the Haynie's Corner Arts District and local restaurants. Near downtown and the riverfront Greenway Trail. The area is great for walking, running or cycling. Guests park in my driveway.
