UPDATE 2026&2027 rentals - The NYS Canal Corporation has the lake dawn down 10 feet for the Dam rehabilitation project. This will affect water views from the cottage. Kayaking is still accessible. Our property offers a large deck with a roof for outdoor dining and relaxing. The Cottage is equipped with two kayaks and one paddle board. The location is less than a mile from the White Eagle conference center, and about four miles from Colgate. The space The cottage has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen size bed. Other things to note Please note. The docks usually come out of the water for the winter in the middle of September and remain out of the water until the end of April or early May.
