Scenically situated overlooking the water, our peaceful 2 bedroom cabin is located directly on the waters of the Johnson Falls Flowage. Perfect for nature lovers who love the quiet calm of the north woods. Kayak, fish or sit by the water right from the cabin shores. We are close to numerous State & County Parks, Boat launches, ATV/Snowmobile trails & more! The fire pit provides endless entertainment. Nature abounds with deer, turkeys, eagles, bears and much more! The space Welcome to Whippoorwill Valley Cabin, your little slice of Northwoods paradise. Nestled along the peaceful shores of Johnson Falls Flowage, our cozy family cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Wake to the calls of loons and sip coffee as the morning mist rises, and end your day around the fire under a sky full of stars being serenaded by the whippoorwills. Paddle or fish right from the shore, or take a quick two-minute drive to the excitement of High Falls Flowage. With direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails, endless hiking in nearby county and state parks, and the famous Marinette County Waterfall Tour close by, adventure is always within reach. And of course, no Wisconsin getaway is complete without the Northwoods tradition of supper clubs, where old fashioneds, Friday fish fries, and family laughter fill the night. You’ll find plenty of local favorites nearby that capture that true “up north” vibe. After a day exploring, unwind in a space stocked with all the comforts of home. Fresh linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your food, clothes, and sense of adventure. Whippoorwill Valley Cabin is our family’s happy place, and we love sharing it with guests who appreciate peace, nature, and the timeless charm of the Wisconsin Northwoods. (Please note: bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted.) Guest access Kayaks will be made available from Memorial Day weekend until October. Pontoon boat and watercraft rentals are available through Popps Resort. Firewood will be supplied and provided for you to use. Other things to note The cabin is spacious enough for everyone to get together and have fun. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy the quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a gas stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper and the love seat has a single pull out sleeper. The deck has a wonderful view overlooking the valley and water. Or enjoy one of the many areas to kick back and relax by the fire pit. You won't be disappointed in the view!
