Directly within walking distance to the Siemens campus as well as Areva, WSA, Framatome etc. Erlangen-Bruck train station is 3 minutes away, the nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes away. 2.5 km to downtown. The space The apartment captivates with retro-cool flair. From the hallway, the rooms go sideways, so there is no passage room. The modernized (coffee) kitchen and a spacious guest bathroom are shared. The other two residents are long-term tenants and work in the nearby Siemens campus. Therefore, great importance is attached to peace & general cleanliness!!! Cooking is only possible to a limited extent and on a small scale.
