Colorado blue pine walls with copper stamped tin ceilings, marble shower, pull-chain toilet, cupola seating, heated floor & hidden lighting. Sleeps 4 & 1/2: Queen bed, large lower bunk, kids cupola bunk & hammock. TV with Roku, microwave, mini-fridge & sink. Large patio with fire ring, gas grill & Polywood furniture. Other things to note The City/County/State Sales Tax & Lodging fee totals 13.4%. AirBnB often does not collect the full amount of tax, so there may be a small charge for the balance of the tax we are required to collect. There is a $100 cleaning/damage refundable deposit collected at check-in & refunded on the day of check-out if nothing is damaged or missing, the lodging does not smell of smoke and does not require excessive cleaning. No smoking of any kind (cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc. inside or within 20 feet of buildings. $100 cleaning/damage deposit required upon check-in. Occupancy is based on two people. There is no charge for children under age 5. Extra children ages 5 - 17 are $5/night; extra adults are $9/night.
