We would be happy to welcome you to one of our two apartments in Ittel (Südeifel), both of which enchant with a breathtaking view over the Kylltal. Located on the edge of the idyllic village of Ittel, you can fully enjoy the tranquility of the country. In addition to the tranquility and the countless possibilities of hiking and cycling tours, there is much more to discover in the immediate vicinity. The space The vacation home is located in a former Raiffeisenhalle, on the edge of the small village of Ittel, with a fantastic view over the Kylltal. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the Kylltal, and a terrace facing south. There is a bedroom and a folding bed in the living room. The bathroom, as well as the rest of the apartment, is barrier-free. In addition to the bedroom, there is also a large living room with an open kitchen and dining area, with a large window front, with a breathtaking distant view. Sustainability When we started to convert our building, we made sure to build as sustainably as possible from the start. Since the beginning of 2021, we have been generating our energy almost entirely via our photovoltaic system. Connected to this since 2022 are wall boxes where you can charge your electric car with the energy of the sun. Heat is generated by a highly efficient pellet heater. In addition, the care and cleaning products provided are biologically produced and degradable.
