Located about 30 km from the Czech and German borders, you can visit 3 countries in one weekend. This is a unique place that you'll want to keep coming back to. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and direct access to the terrace and meadow, a cozy bedroom, and an elegant bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The living area also features a large dining table for six people, perfect for sharing meals and having long conversations. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests – the bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, oven, refrigerator with freezer) and a laundry room (washing machine, iron). Fresh linens and towels are provided. In addition, we offer storage space for bicycles, ski equipment, and wet or soiled clothing. It's a place where you can really slow down and take a break from everyday life. The proximity of nature and the peaceful surroundings promote calm, rejuvenation, and being present in the here and now. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor, on the left, at the end of the hallway. This part of the house is reserved exclusively for guests and offers complete privacy and a comfortable stay. Guests also have access to a terrace and a spacious meadow next to the house. The property includes an area for relaxing and spending time outdoors, suitable for both adults and children. The natural surroundings promote tranquility, freedom, and peaceful relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guests can use the grill and the designated fire pit area, creating the perfect setting for evening relaxation and shared moments in a unique atmosphere.
