Just a short stroll to the beach / lagoon, Kleinmond Golf Course and the shops. Enjoy a day out exploring Hermanus, local vineyards, hiking trails and more. The space Large double storey vacation home with spacious rooms and views of mountains and the ocean. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house (except the double garage) and the garden. There is a small cottage on the premise that is occupied by a permanent tenant (elderly couple that keep to themselves, you probably won’t even know they are there). Other things to note This is our family holiday home, so there are family pictures the wall and a few locked cupboards with our personal things. There is a permanent tenant in a small downstairs cottage. They are a retired couple who who keep to themselves, so you probably won’t even know they are there. Kleinmond is a very safe seaside village but for peace of mind the house does have an alarm (including perimeter beams which can be activated at night) system that is monitored by Sandown Bay Security.
