Located in the heart of Palmyra, down the road from the Joseph Smith farm, short drive to Hill Cumorah and blocks to the Grandin printing press and small town shops, and near Erie Canal; Day trips could include: Finger lakes, Sodus beach, Whitmer Farm, Niagara Falls, shopping, and more. Palmyra can't wait to welcome you! The space Located in a residential neighborhood with sidewalks, this single home has its own large off street parking space, a small front lawn, a small backyard, a front deck. Inside you will find a full living room, a full dining room, a full kitchen, a laundry washer and dryer, 3 full bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and an extra rec room. There are six bed spaces plus one couch that could be used for sleeping.(Bed spaces are: 2 people on one queen bed, 2 single beds, plus 2 on a bunk bed; plus a cozy couch in living room) New May 2023 Central AC! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the full 1st and 2nd floors, the front deck, and the large parking space and yard space surrounding the home. There is a small charcoal grille out back for guest use. The unfinished attic and basement are not considered occupied space so they are not included for guest access. Note: The half bath is in the laundry room. In winter, make sure to park in the small driveway only and not a long the street curb. When looking from the street it's the driveway to the right of the house. You may get a message notifying you of the plow truck coming at which point you could move your vehicle for the driveway to get plowed. Other things to note New Central Air Conditioning was installed in May of 2023! Early check in or late check out times: Must check with host if available. If available that day, and if asked specifically for by guest and confirmed by host, early or late times cost an extra $10 per hour. Must be specifically confirmed by host. If not confirmed by host, $30 per hour and would likely effect review negatively.
