You will have full and private access to the ground floor of my home with your own private entry, full kitchen, cozy living/dining area, private bedroom and full bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 4 with the futon converting to a full size bed. Enjoy the amazing outdoors in our private yard with picnic table, fire pit and space to relax. The space Gold Hill Lodge is your own private ground-floor space in my home, with your own entry, and own parking spaces for 2 vehicles. Equipped with both air conditioning and in-floor heat, guests love the coziness. Kitchen - Fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, full sized fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster and dishes and cooking utensils. Living Area - Futon couch that expands into full size bed, 1 sitting chair. Corner desk. Dining Area - Table with 4 chairs. Bedroom - Private room with queen bed and large closet. Bathroom - Equipped with bathtub/shower. Patio/outdoors - Picnic table, fire pit, and large grassy area to spread out and relax. Guest access The ground floor living area is accessible to guests. Other things to note Owners live onsite on floor above and are available to assist you with any questions about the property.
