This house is a duplex, the only shared space is the laundry room area in the basement. You will also have access to a one car garage. Guest access The property has a fenced in back yard with fire pit, swing set and 3 person hot tub. The guest may also use the 1 car detached garage. The lower level of the house has free laundry facilities. Other things to note There is key code entry to the front door. Central air and heat in the house. please limit 3 people at a time in the outside hot tub. The house has WI FI. The TV in living room has Disney Plus, and basic cable channels.
