The large studio, located on the first floor of a 3 unit building, has beautiful archways, large windows and some original trim work. It has a fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, stove/oven & microwave, 4 cup coffee maker (we do not supply coffee), pots & pans, utensils, mugs/cups/plates/bowls, there's even a food processor! The large living room doubles as a bedroom with a queen bed, night stand, dresser, comfy couch with some even more comfy throw blankets, coffee table, work desk and TV. There are also two closets with hangers for hanging clothes. *Please note, this is a ground floor unit but there are three steps to the entrance of the unit.* We provide fast Xfinity WIFI and an Xfinity 'Flex' box - where you can sign into your favorite streaming subscriptions! The only thing missing from this unit is a dishwasher!! But not to worry, there are plenty of storage containers for those leftovers you ordered to avoid doing dishes! :-) Guest access Laundry Room: This large studio unit is located in a 3 unit building with the laundry area being a shared space with other guests in the building. You DO have to leave your unit but you DON'T have to leave the building to do laundry and DON'T have to lug your laundry around in the outdoor elements!! There is ONE washer and ONE dryer in the semi-creepy and totally unfinished basement and is free for the building to use - please be respectful of the other guests items. Parking: A designated parking space is provided with the unit and there is ample free street and alley parking. Other things to note **Please note. We are geared towards renting to guests/tenants for 30+ days at a time but we allow for shorter stays. With that being said, we DO NOT supply coffee, laundry soap, snacks, shampoo, etc. So if that's an issue that will lead to anything less than a 5 Star review, please do not book this unit. Also, trash is picked up directly outside this unit on on Fridays and it can be loud for a few minutes. *Max occupancy of 2. Absolutely no animals. We cannot accept animals in this unit - we rent to transplant patients and patients in the area for care/treatments related to cancer, autoimmune issues, etc. so having any kind of animal in the unit compromises our ability to do help those seeking allergen free housing. *This might be a weird one BUT (and speaking of BUTTS)... the plumbing is from the 1910's and Scott's 1-ply toilet paper is all that may be used per recommendations from multiple plumbers. We supply all the TP you could need... if you run out, just ask for more! There is absolutely no flushing of anything that doesn't come out of your body or off the TP roll EVEN IF IT SAYS FLUSHABLE!!!! *We appreciate HONESTY. While we have policies we need to abide by, we do our best to accommodate various situations.
