Please let your guests know not to park in front of the building on Vickery St. or they will be towed. PROPERTY INSTRUCTIONS: We'd like to say thank you for staying with us we appreciate it. You are welcome to any and all food items snacks, beverages, and drinks in the unit. Please return the unit in the same condition as it was rented. Please do not turn the air condition past 68 so that it will not cause the AC unit to freeze up. Please keep the doors closed we are not responsible for any flying insects, bugs, ECT. coming into the unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit however, you may smoke on the balconies and on the property. Please do not put any bottle top, glass, bones or large food items in the garbage disposal this will cause it to jam and stop working. There are complimentary Beverages and snacks inside the units for you as our guests. No smoking inside the unit, No animals, no confetti, no Glitter, no shredded paper, no candles, also if we have to clean up any hazardous materials inside or outside ( Add"l cleaning fee will be charged).
