Delightful 1 bed shepherds hut with stunning views

Lower marlpits Farm campsite is newly opened in 2022 and is set on our 50 acre working farm on the outskirts of Honiton in the Blackdown hills AONB. We have 4 glamping units along with tent pitches. Our cosy, romantic little shepherds Hut Lavender Lodge sleeps 2. It sits within a little paddock where you can sit out on the decked terrace and enjoy peace and quiet and admire the stunning views. Also in the paddock we have our Blue bell tent. Both units can be rented out separately or together. The space It contains 1 double bed with memory foam mattress.(Please note it is not suitable for anybody taller than 6ft because of the bed size) Its contains a small fold down table and chair and stool for dinning. There’s a well equipped kitchen area that has all you need to make simple meals. The small tiled kitchen area has power sockets, a copper sink created from a French vintage preserve bowl together with a cold water marine pump solid brass tap, It has a hob, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge, small cooker, Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and a small amount of other cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels are all provided. It has 3 wall lights,2 USB ports and a Romany style electric cylinder stove heater for those chilly days. There are 2 shared flushing toilets and hot shower rooms. Please note: We are a Greener Camping Club site, your booking includes membership of the Club until the end of the year, Booking your stay with us means you agree to us passing your details to the Greener camping club for membership purposes. Guest access Guest can have access to the glampers paddock and camping field next door. Other things to note Car parking is available on hardstanding near the shepherds hut. Parking for 1 car only.
