This cozy studio apartment is located on the luxurious West Coast of the Island. It offers a relaxing indoor and outdoor atmosphere, with the necessary home amenities to make your stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. It offers an easy 2 minutes stroll to Cobblers Cove Beach or less than 10 minutes' walk to the popular Mullin's beach. You also have the option of relaxing on the private deck while enjoying your barbecue dinner, a cold beer or simply listening to the chirping of the birds. The space This cozy studio offers a relaxing atmosphere complete with every amenity that you would need to relax. It also has a beautiful bathroom and shower with sun roof. Power outages are rare in my area. In the event that there is one, my home is equipped with a backup generator which is powerful enough to provide electricity to the apartment (air condition not included) Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment along with its private bathroom, Kitchenette and private entrance. There is also a washer which is shared with the other guests. There are three dining options: a Murphy table indoors, a bistro set on the deck or in the garden area Other things to note There is a large rollaway sun screen to protect the deck from the evening sun and also provides an intimate private area for my guests.
