The space Villa : ----------- Our modern villa, set amidst a sprawling coffee plantation, is a two storied three-bedroom accommodation for up to 6 guests. The Ground floor of the villa has the living room, a bedroom, kitchen, and an outdoor veranda and the First floor of the villa has two bedrooms and balcony. Living room is the central gathering space of the villa and is furnished with plush seating and LED television with firestick. Our Kitchen is well-appointed with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, refrigerator, gas stove etc. All our bedrooms come with comfortable queen beds, attached bathrooms, and ambient lighting. Highlight of them is the "Glass room" bedroom on the first floor which has full length glass windows all around providing the best and beautiful view of the coffee plantation. Balcony has outdoor seating spaces and is furnished with a swing for guest to enjoy a quiet reading space. Dining ---------- As part of the booking, we provide complimentary buffet breakfast, and our guests can order lunch or dinner with our chef. We request our guests to enjoy the mesmerizing Wayanad’an sunrise with a cup of our “own home-brewed coffee” while listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby river and the morning birds. For guest dining we have our coffee hut, which is just outside the villa with river and rapid-view Swimming Pool --------------------- Our outdoor pool is dedicated only for the "Brookview" guests and is set midst of the coffee plantation providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. We kindly request our guests to please have appropriate swimwear when using the pool. Kottur River ---------------- Our property is alongside the "Kottur" river and guests can experience the melodious symphony of its gentle flow. Also, just a leisurely 1–2-minute stroll from our grounds is the captivating river rapid, offering the perfect backdrop for stunning clicks. Other Amenities (Campfire, Barbecue Grill, Indoor games) -------------------------- We also have an open courtyard in front of our villa where the guests can enjoy a game of badminton (during the day) and relax around a campfire (at night) while listening to soothing melodies and by preparing a barbeque grill of your choice (on request). You could also take a refreshing dip at the nearby river, take a guided plantation trek, or enjoy a relaxing day with your favorite book from among the umpteen picturesque locations at our villa. We offer Campfire and Barbeque grill facilities. Camp fire is charged at Rs. 800 ( We provide logs for active burning lighted for 1 hr, the burning continues typically for another hour or two) . Barbeque grill is charged based on chicken rate.
