Guest access We have a fenced in back yard, and there is a small patio behind the garage. Guests are welcome to go through the gate to the right of the garage and enjoy the quiet, peaceful area. You may also get to watch the deer in the woods! Other things to note 40 minutes from Chautauqua Institution. One hour to Niagara Falls. Three miles to Lake Erie. Walking distance to downtown Fredonia.
