Shimoda Ocean View is a private house exclusively available for families or couples. It is conveniently located, only a 1-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to Shirahama Beach. This two-story house was built in 2021, ensuring a modern and pristine environment. The accommodation can comfortably host up to 6 guests. The space The rooms offer a stunning ocean view, and with Wi-Fi available, it's also an ideal space for teleworking. On clear nights, you might even catch a glimpse of the stars. We provide a gas grill for your BBQ needs, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. *HOUSE The open plan living , kitchen, dining room is amazing. Enjoy Youtube in living room. 3LDK(Living room, Kitchen,3 bedrooms, Bath, Toilet) Fully equipped utilities(water, air-conditioning, free wifi, and etc..) Bedding Bedroom 1 ⇒ Bunk bed x 1 Bedroom 2 ⇒ Semi-single bed x 2 Bedroom 3 ⇒ Semi-double bed x 1 Bedroom 4 ⇒ Sofa bed 2 sets of futon beds are also available. ※Bedroom 3 is located next to the entrance and has no partition. ※Please note that bedroom 4 is small. BBQ is permitted from 9 AM to 9 PM. Kindly bring your own food, and if desired, bring BBQ sauce, skewers, and other accessories. Please note that in case of rain or strong winds, BBQ won't be available. Ensure to clean up after your BBQ, and refrain from bringing charcoals. *TV You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. You can also watch terrestrial digital broadcasts. Guest access All except for warehouse. Other things to note 【 Prohibited matter 】 The following are prohibited for guests: -Making loud noise such as conversations or playing loud music, especially during nighttime, is prohibited. -Smoking inside the rooms; smoking is only allowed on the balcony. -Setting off fireworks within the premises. Please adhere to the rules. If you are unable to comply, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises without any refund. 【NOTES】 ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. Even if you use the facilities temporarily without staying overnight, such as for BBQ only, you will be charged an additional fee as usual. ++Insects++ The facility is surrounded by nature, and during spring and summer, it is possible for insects to be active and occasionally enter the premises. While we take measures to prevent their entry, it may not be possible to completely eliminate them. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. ++Sparklers&fireworks++ Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Shirahama Beach. It takes about 1 min by car from the property. If you do on the premises, we might evict all you guys from the property. ++Cleaning for consecutive nights++ Please note that there is no cleaning service provided during your consecutive nights of stay. Cleaning will be conducted only after your check-out. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
