Relax for 1 person

A room for one person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 minutes). The city center is only 2 stops by train (12 minutes). Terminal 4 airport is only 40 minutes away. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm. During your stay I always meet my guests. If this is not possible, I can leave the keys in the safe on the street (this is a last resort). But I don't bother the guests. Always in touch, you can always write or call me. I'm always around. Other things to note Unfortunately, I can't control it. But in Madrid, houses have thin walls and there may be noise from neighbors.
