Beyond the town, is Liverpool (20 miles), Preston (17 miles) and Manchester (43 miles). The Cottage is close to some of the best golf courses in the world including the Royal Birkdale golf course, making it perfect for golf get aways. This home has been lovingly refurbished in 2022 to offer a cottage style guest house. On entering you will find a hall and welcoming lounge which makes a perfect place to relax in, with plenty of comfortable seating and large screen TV. Moving into the kitchen-diner, you will find it fully equipped with everything you may need, including an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and family dining table. The dining area leads onto the lovely courtyard style garden. Heading upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. There's a cottage style master bedroom to the back with a king size bed. There's also a further double room and double single bed room. All with ample wardrobe hanging and storage space. The bathroom is complete with a bath with over head shower and WC.
