The FarmHouse welcomes you to this original 1840 Amish Farmstead in city limits. You will have plenty of space to relax inside and enjoy the outdoors with a firepit & patio. One guest suite holds the kitchen for your food prep. Unique suites with 5 private bathrooms & entrance. Your host, who lives in separate living area will guide you to all the places to visit in Nappanee. Plenty of restaurants, boutiques, antiques, cabinet shops, and RV factories! Listing prices does not include breakfast. The space At The FarmHouse Inn, each guest suite has a private bathroom within each room. Sleeping rooms have sitting chairs within the rooms. Large gathering space, plenty of outdoor space and gardens to enjoy. Ping Pong, Pool Table, games, puzzles and seasonal decor makes a beautiful setting for family or friend groups. Kitchen and Dining area. Guest access As host we live on the property in the home. However, our guests have lots of private space, as we are in a separate wing. Our paths do not cross unless a need arises. Private entrance and parking for guest with host available as needed. Breakfast can be added for an additional fee. Other things to note Our FarmHouse is an original Farmstead in our community. The home was built in 1840 by Amish Pioneers before our town of Nappanee existed. It is a unique setting as the original home is surrounded by an 1977 addition. All of the guest rooms are in the original house. There are 5 stairs into the 1st floor and the second floor has 12 more stairs. The original farm was 160 acres as a working farm. In the 1900s Buffalo grazed the land. The home is now in the city limits surrounded by a housing community, yet offers a quiet, secure setting with just a mile to our downtown shopping and restaurants. This ideal setting of country in the city has been enjoyed by many with reviews for the large families!
