Rest assured, we provide a designated off-street parking spot for your convenience. However, there is generally ample parking space available in front of the home to accommodate all guests. Several bike shops provide rentals. Easy to park and walk everywhere within Seaside. Please take note of the following important rules for your stay: Dog Fee: There is an additional fee of $40 per stay for guests with dogs. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only allowed outside the rental unit. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the rental unit is 4 guests. Please note that a maximum of 2 children are allowed per stay. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
