It features 3 en-suite bedrooms equipped with King sized beds and top-quality Tempurpedic or Tuft and Needle mattresses. Upstairs, there is a living and kitchen and dining area, master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, large master bath with soaking tub, large wrap around patio with an outdoor grill and fire pit table, a laundry room, and an additional half-bath. Downstairs, there is a large theatre room with a couch that pulls out to make an additional King sized bed, two bunk beds, a game table, and a yoga/barre/exercise area complete with walled mirrors. Also downstairs, there is an additional living area with the indoor cold plunge, and two additional en-suite Master bedrooms. One of the en-suites is a full suite, featuring a seating area with couch and a large corner desk, as well as a steam shower. The downstairs patio allows access to the 6 person barrel sauna and the in-ground hot tub, all with views of the surrounding mountains. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the space except the master closet and the hyperbaric chamber on the downstairs landing. One space in the garage is typically available for guest use. Other things to note This space is a home, not a full-time rental. As such, it has furnishings and amenities of much higher quality than you'd typically find in an Airbnb. While drawers and closet space are created for guests, there are some drawers that contain personal items and the master closet that is unavailable for use.
