The house was remodeled in 2016 while still retaining 1932 details. Big living room with HDTV, comfortable couches and a sleeper sofa. The bigger bedroom features a queen-size bed with luxurious bedding, closet, study table and a window. The other bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, study table, bookcase and a window. The full bathroom includes a stand shower, tub, towels and bath supplies. There are microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, a dining-table, pans, bowls and plates, tableware, and all kinds of seasoning in the kitchen. Beautiful backyard with a clinic table. High-speed WiFi and HDTV. I usually live in one of the bedrooms. If someone books the entire second floor, I will move to a bedroom on the first floor. So please don't try to throw a party here. (It happened a few times, but none was successful and fined by Airbnb.) The entire house can fit 5 people. Each bedroom which has a queen-size bed can fit two people, and a sleeper sofa in the living room can fit one more person. Please let me know before you come if you want to use the sleeper sofa, because I need to prepare the sleeper sofa for sleeping. If you need more bedrooms, there is one more on the first floor with a queen-size bed that can fit two people. You can check on Airbnb or ask me if it is available.
