It is a fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom space that sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a comfortable full size bed in the bedroom, a full size sofa bed in the living room and a comfy chair in the sitting room that transforms into a twin size sleeper at night. Grab a wine glass and a complimentary bottle of wine after a long day of work or play while relaxing in the bedroom or sitting room with a mesmerizing city view. Guest access Guests will be required to check in at the concierge desk upon entering the building by signing in and showing proof of a government ID. Other things to note The air conditioning unit is controlled by HOA so we are limited on how much we control. In warmer months the air is cold but the unit can be warmer but there are several fans. In the winter the heat works normal. The shower always has hot water but you may have to turn it closer to cold in order to make it hotter.
