The bedroom has an AC, with 2 standing fans in the living room. The flat is located in 2 storey building, the flat is on the 1st floor. Electricity is generated by general government light (very stable because we are on Band A). We also have a standby 4.5KVA key start generator (fueling cost covered by the guest). The space The apartment is located in a 24/7 secured, gated & interlocked close. This apartment comes with a 43 inches Smart TV, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, PRIME VIDEO & Super fast 24/7 WIFI.
