Located in a booming neighborhood in the heart of the Historic Elmwood Village. Completely renovated, fully furnished, new queen-size bed, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, and a newly renovated bathroom. Private entrance, laundry facilities, Spectrum-cable and Internet AC/Heating system guest/s controls The space Guest/s have access to their own private entrance and the apartment to themselves. The only items shared is the laundry facilities located on the first floor away from the apartment. However, must climb stairs! Guest access Another space guest/s are welcome to use is the outdoor gardens. This includes the front and back of the house sitting areas. However, all BBQ/ grilling preparations, must be done at the back garden area.. Guest/s also understand when your finished, you are responsible for all cleanup afterwords. Other things to note If traveling with pets or small children, this isn’t the venue for you. No exceptions! The space is primarily designed for adults only; and accommodate up to two adults. Furthermore, It’s very important for guest/s to close all skylights and windows before leaving the apartment.
