The space Spring House is accessed via a long private driveway. It is wonderfully spacious and beautifully decorated and is one of Aldeburgh’s exceptional properties. Sitting within 3 acres of landscaped gardens, it’s a short stroll to the Aldeburgh Golf course, and the banks of the river Alde. All rooms in this laterally-designed house are notably large, with three super king bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms in the main house, the master bathroom has a super king bedroom and bathroom in the Garden Annex, equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. Each room in both the main house and the Garden Annex open out onto garden terraces via double French doors, whilst the whole south-facing wall of the living-room opens up to a large decked terrace. A wood-burning stove in the living-room makes it a cozy place to snuggle up in the winter time. There is a large wildlife pond, and a stunning wildflower meadow in the late Spring and Summer. The property also comes with a fully-equipped gym, with PowerPlate, treadmill, TRX system, bench and free-weights, there is also a sparring bag, pads and gloves. A quick drive to the picturesque and very popular town centre, where you can browse the many boutique shops, enjoy a leisurely day on the beach, and sample the famous Aldeburgh Fish and Chips. Neighbouring towns Thorpeness and Snape, also offer an abundance of activities, shopping in the maltings, going to a concert at the world-famous Snape Concert Hall, or visiting one of the many charming local pubs and walking for miles along country paths.
