Looking to get away to the mountains, away from the world? Our lovely family camp awaits you! Located near a quiet pond in the Adirondacks, but within a short drive to many exciting Adirondack destinations, Vermont, and Montreal. Come relax in our favorite place in the Adirondacks! Hike, play in the water or make memories around a campfire. Use it as a base camp as you head into the High Peaks or explore the history of the southern end of Lake Champlain. The space Full-size home with 4 bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms with Queen size beds, a loft with 2 trundle beds (4 twin beds) and an additional private room with a pull-out Queen size bed for your guests. Full kitchen, 1.5 baths, and laundry room. Lots of couches for you and your guests to kick up your feet and relax. There is an attached basement apartment that the homeowners may stay in from time to time. It is independent from the rental space and amenities are separate from the renters (Email us to find out if we will be on site during your stay). We have a number of logging trails that are excellent for hiking and exploring. A small dock is available for swimming or boating. We have kayaks for your use. Life jackets and paddles are provided as well. Feel free to bring your watercraft to enjoy during your stay. Boats that require a boat launch to be put in the water must be able to fit through a 10ft wide underpass in order to reach our dock. Water depths under the underpass vary (normally around 4ft deep). We also have large front yard, big enough to turn around boat trailers. We are doing out best to adhere to Airbnb standards for COVID-19 cleaning and disinfecting between guests to make you stay safe and enjoyable. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor and third floor of the house. The basement is not accessible to renters. Other things to note The camp is located in a pretty rural area of the Adirondacks. We do have good cell coverage (Verizon only). You may also come across some wildlife living in the area, especially deer.
