All necessary cookware and tableware are provided. 🚿 The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and a washing machine. 📶 Free Wi-Fi is available. 👉 Good to know: The windows and balcony overlook a construction site, but inside the apartment is quiet and peaceful, especially at night. Also, during summer months, this studio stays cooler than those on the sunny side, offering a more comfortable experience even on hot days. 🅿️ Free street parking is available nearby, as well as paid parking at Metro City Mall, just 300 m from the building. 🛗 High-speed elevators, like those in 5★ hotels, quickly take guests to their floor. 🏨 Guests can access the SPA area, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and fitness center at the Euphoria Hotel (only 300 m away) — for an additional fee. 💰 The cost is around $25 per day or $125 per month, depending on the season. Other things to note ⚠️ Important information for guests: • 🛗 Elevators and infrastructure: During the high season, minor delays with elevators are possible, especially during check-in and check-out times. As in the rest of Georgia, there may occasionally be short-term interruptions in electricity, internet, or water supply. 🔌 In very rare cases, electricity may be cut off for several hours, and water supply may be interrupted for up to 24 hours. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control and depend on external utility services. 🙏 We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend keeping a small water reserve if you plan a longer stay. • 🧻 Household supplies: We provide one roll of toilet paper per booking. In the apartment, you will find cleaning products and toiletries — only those available at the time of your check-in. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional consumables (laundry detergent, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, slippers, etc.). • 🧼 Cleaning and linen change: The final cleaning is included in the price.
