Come relax in this quiet neighborhood with beaches less than 25 mins away, don’t like the beach? Well you can just Relax in the backyard with the amazing heated pool, have your barbecue. Lots of near by restaurants and bakeries. As the safety of our guests is our top priority, we kindly remind guests to especially supervise children and non-swimmers during their stay. The space Please keep in mind if you are interested in booking this first floor house, my basement is occupied. My tenants do have separate entrance and exit. I assure you my Airbnb guests will have their privacy. The pool and backyard is for you and your guests. I just asked that both my tenants and Airbnb guest’s respect the after hours noise curfew. This first floor home is equipped with 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom , private driveway available for your convenience, also plenty of street parking. If you are interested in hosting an event in my backyard, you can, just msg me, please keep in mind there is a curfew and an extra charge for events. Any unapproved parties, you will be escorted off my property with no refund. All unapproved parties are strictly prohibited on my property. I should be informed of any visitors visiting while you’re staying at my property. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. Guest access Basement is off limits. When booking please book for the amount of guest that will be staying/sleeping over. Absolutely no PARTIES, please provide me with details in advance if you plan to have any visitors. The property do have security cameras front and back. Should there be any parties, you will be asked to leave the property with a full or half refund. I’m taking this very serious due to past bad experiences. Pool heater and filter will be turned off by 10/11pm. Pool is available beginning of May to Mid September. Other things to note I would asked no parties, it’s a quiet neighborhood, especially during the evening to take the music or outdoor conversations down. Neighborhood is family friendly. Please keep in mind my landscapers do visit each and every Thursday to clean front and backyard starting April to end of October. Amenities - Toiletries( I provided for up to 5 days, if you are staying later you would need to shop for it after 5 days.) - Hairdryer - Iron with board - Driveway parking for 4 cars - Fully equipped kitchen - Smart TV w/ WiFi -bedroom drawers and closets - Sheets and Bath towels & pool towels during pool season included -coffee maker with 3 different flavors pods and creamers -one paper towel -dishwasher pods & liquid soap *Absolutely no commercials videos/ photos on my property. *No dogs that Sheds * there’s no washer or dryer but there is a laundromat just around the corner. * check-in details will be send to you the night before check-in.
