Cheerful cottage convenient to the Lake District

Cobbler’s Cottage is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break whilst exploring the Lake District and all that Cumbria has to offer. This modern, comfortable and well equipped one bedroom cottage has free parking and is located close to the M6. It is in an ideal location with some of the Lake’s most iconic places such as Ullswater, Helvellyn and Blencathra only a short drive away. Greystoke has a shop/post office, outdoor pool and the excellent Boot and Shoe pub is around the corner. The space The cottage has an open plan kitchen and living area, with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. The front door opens into the living area which contains a comfortable 3 seater sofa, coffee table, smart TV with Netflix and sideboard stocked with books and games. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A welcome pack is provided which includes tea, coffee, sugar, cereal and milk. Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed which can be split into twin beds if required. Both bedroom windows have blackout blinds although looking at the stars through the velux can be spectacular! A chest of drawers and clothes valet are available for clothes storage. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom. The modern en-suite shower room has a fabulous drench shower and heated towel rail, as well as a demisting LED mirror. Natural, handmade toiletries by the Sedbergh Soap Company are provided for you to enjoy during your stay. Cobbler’s cottage is next to our own house and shares the parking area, meaning that you will always be able to park next to the cottage. There is one parking space available for guests. Check out isn’t until 11am meaning even more time to relax on your holiday! Other things to note The king size bed can be split into two small single beds (2’6”). Please message when booking if twin beds are required. A discount is offered for stays of 7 days or longer.
